The combination of CDK8/19 inhibitors and PARP inhibitors can effectively kill gastric cancer cells with synergy effects by inducing DNA damage repair deficiency through synthetic lethal,improving the therapeutic effect of PARP inhibitors for gastric cancer(see page 1280-1297)
